Dealing With Housing Relocation In The Campus Premises

The Ministry of Finance has just issued a dispatch to handle the relocation of houses of households and individuals in the premises of houses and land.

The Finance Ministry requests the ministries, branches, localities and economic groups to carry out plans on handling of dwelling houses of households and individuals within the premises of houses and land (in the case of houses and land It was arranged to be a house but not eligible to transfer to the city for management according to the policies on housing and residential land) as follows:

Dealing with housing relocation in the campus premises

The ministries, branches and economic groups which have house and land facilities being arranged as dwelling houses for households and individuals shall send written requests to organizations performing the task of compensation and site clearance where houses and land coordinated to determine expenses for relocation support of households and individuals according to the provisions of law on compensation and support for resettlement.

The economic groups, corporations and state enterprises under the central management shall organize the relocation of households and individuals. The payment of relocation allowances to households and individuals shall be based on the compensation and resettlement plan approved by the competent authority and in accordance with the law on enterprises. The implementation must be sent to the Ministry of Finance before December 31 for synthesis and reporting to the Prime Minister.

For ministries and branches which do not have the funding sources from the rearrangement of houses and land, if the housing and land establishments have investment projects on the construction, upgrading or renovation of working offices, the support funding. The relocation of households and individuals shall be arranged in the investment capital of the project.

In cases where a house or land establishment does not have an investment project on the construction, upgrading or renovation of a working office, the relocation support fund shall be allocated from the annual state budget estimates according to the provisions of Law on a state budget.
