Daewon – Thuduc Housing Development Joint Stock Company (DWTD) is a joint venture between Thuduc House and Daewon Korea Corporation, has just signed a contract to establish the company a joint venture with Vietnam Manufacturing Export Processing and Manufacturing (VMEP) Co., Ltd., for the purpose of joint venture to invest in a complex project in Ha Dong District, Hanoi.

SYM – DWTD Housing Development Limited Company has a charter capital of $ 23 million, of which Daewon – Thuduc has 49% equity interest.

After the establishment, this joint venture will develop an apartment project in La Khe Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi with a total area of ​​40,603.7 sqm. The project is planned into a complex residential area including office – commercial center for rent, high – rise apartment buildings, low – rise buildings, kindergartens, supermarkets. Total estimated investment capital is US $ 115 million and the project development period is five years.
