The total area of the Thu Thiem Xi is 3.3ha and the total floor area of the project is 232,439 m2. The project is built on land lots 3-11, 3-7 and 3-3 in Thu Thiem new urban area. Location Xi Thu Thiem has Nguyen Co Thach frontage, adjacent to the Boulevard Boulevard in the North and Thu Thiem Bridge in the Northeast, Ho Trung Tam in the South.

By May, 2018: The project of Thu Thiem Xi is still in the process of completing the necessary procedures to introduce to the market this year. It is expected that in September 2015, the project owner is GS E & C will open the project officially.
Previously, the project of Thu Thiem Xi was officially approved by the management of Thu Thiem Area 1/500.
Currently, the investor of the Xi Thu Thiem project is planning to sell. The information on selling price, payment schedule, sales policy is still not updated, expected to be announced in the coming time. Many experts said that the estimated selling price of Xi Thu Thiem apartment will be about VND80 million / sqm, while the payment schedule will follow the construction progress of the project.
Currently, the project’s design unit only provides the project’s perspective. Detailed plan has not been announced yet. But according to this unit said there will be many types of apartments with a variety of areas. Expected as follows:
Located in front of Thu Thiem 1 bridge through Sala urban area to Thu Thiem 4 bridge. This is one of the three arterial roads of Thu Thiem urban area after East-West Highway and Dai Loop of the Bow. The boundary of the project is planned as follows:
West: adjacent to the internal road N7, the road 22.6m;
East: border on Nguyen Co Thach (R14), 44.7 m wide;
In the South: adjacent to the lake (R2), the width of 29.2m;
In the North: Bordered Boulevard (R1), 55m wide.
