Dong Nai: Detailed Plan Of Song May Industrial Park In Phase 1

Relating to the Official Letter No. 8789 / UBND-CNN of Dong Nai People’s Committee on the addition of the detailed planning name of Song May Industrial Park in phase 1; The Ministry of Construction has written feedback on this issue.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Construction has issued Document No. 2305 / BXD-QHKT to Dong Nai People’s Committee with the following contents: Pursuant to the provisions of Decree No. 36 / CP of April 24, 1997 of the Government on the Regulation The detailed planning of Song May Industrial Park in Dong Nai province was approved by Decision No. 392 / BQD / KTQH dated August 30, 1997 at the request of the Dong Nai People’s Committee in Report No. 1116 / UBT dated March 26, 1997.

According to the provisions of the Government’s Decree No. 29/2008 / ND-CP of March 14, 2008, on IPs, EPZs and EZs, and Decree No. 164/2013 / ND-CP November 12, 2013 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 29/2008 / ND-CP of March 14, 2008, on the industrial parks, export processing zones and economic zones The authority to approve the detailed plan of Dong Nai People’s Committee construction.

Therefore, Dong Nai People’s Committee is requested to review the relevant legal documents to adjust the decision approving the detailed plan of Song May Industrial Zone according to its competence, ensuring the legal consistency between the decision on allocation of land and a decision approving the detailed plan.
