DRH Officially Opened Selling The D-Vela Project

On May 28, DRH, JSC – the developer of the project announced the sale of the D-Vela project in District 7.

D-Vela is located at 1177 Huynh Tan Phat Street, opposite to District 7 Administrative Center, less than 5 minutes from Phu My Hung. Thus, D-Vela consists of 20 floors including 2 basement parking, 168 apartments with a reasonable area of 55sm or more, 82 officetels and 9 shop-houses.

With a construction density of only 39%, all apartments have a direct view of the city.

With a desire to bring residents a modern, classy lifestyle, DRH has developed a project with the criteria: modern living environment, boutique apartment style – small but class and towards civilized residents.

To help customers, DRH has cooperated with BIDV and VP Bank financial incentives such as paying 30% of the value of apartments (equivalent to 495 million) will receive home without paying any additional fees.
