Eco Homes Phuc Loi: to top the roof on october, deliver house in the first quarter of 2018.

In the schedule notice sending to customers, Capital House notice that EcoHome Phuc Loi is constructing to the 10^th floor and expected to top the roof the whole project.

According to the representative of Capital House: “Hundreds of laborers are working hardly with the help from 4 rotary cranes and modern machineries, we ensure that the project will be completed on schedule and we will deliver house on the first quarter of 2018.”

Located on Phuc Loi Street, EcoHome Phuc Loi invested by Capital House owns prime location in Long Bien District. It is convenient to move to the city center, only 500m-1km from the facilities such as schools, hospitals, supermarkets…

Representative of Capital House said that in addition to completing the project on schedule, the engineers of EcoHome Phuc Loi also worked hard to supervise the materials under the EDGE green standard that the project has achieved.

The items such as heat-resistant unfired brick, airy design to receive natural wind, rain and sun-proof wall to prevent the bad effect of nature are built meticulously.

Having achieved the EDGE standard granted by IFC (International Finance Corporation)/ World Bank,  EcoHome Phuc Loi will save about 30% of monthly electricity consumption thanks to smart  design, construction.

In addition, the utilities located right at the lounge such as swimming pool, sporting course, walking garden, green tree wall…are under construction to create convenient living space for residents.

With the work’s total area of 8,142.62 m2, total floor area of 66,288m2, EcoHome Phuc Loi has the height of 22 floors with 680 apartments from 1-3 bedrooms.

 80% of apartment in EcoHome Phuc Loi project are priced about one billion. The average price is 17.4 million/m2 is evaluated to be suitable with the financial capacity of customers who are the young families in Long Bien and neighboring regions.

From now to August 15, all customers buying apartment at EcoHome Phuc Loi will be received a VISION motorbike worth 30 million.

Customers making loan at Vietinbank and SHB will be entitled to 0% interest rate till being delivered apartment.
