According to Empire Group, within less than a month, Cocobay Da Nang will officially open the first phase. For the launch ceremony to take place as schedule of the owner, Hoa Binh general contractor has mobilized its entire human resources to accelerate the project’s progress.

A week ago, an additional of 80 units of Wellness Condotel Coco Ocean-Spa Resort announced by Empire Group with higher price than the first phase has been quickly sold out. This project is known as the first and only wellness condotel complex which owns largest Spa Center in Vietnam, as well as the world’s leading health care and energy technology regeneration.
This project also has the most attractive profit commitment in the market, at 12% / year for 8 years.
Following the events of Cocobay is going to come into operation, many projects around this complex are also stepping up operations. A lot of land adjacent to Cocobay is launched for sale in Ngu Hanh Son district (Da Nang City) and Dien Ngoc ward (Dien Ban town, Quang Nam province).
