According to Empire Group, within less than a month, Cocobay Da Nang will officially open the first phase. For the launch ceremony to take place as schedule of the owner, Hoa Binh general contractor has mobilized its entire human resources to accelerate the project’s progress.

Up to now, most of the Boutique Hotel towers has been completed the exterior and is constructing the interior furniture. Works such as the longest pedestrian street in Vietnam, Boxing Ring, local roads, system of restaurant,  cafe town, beach club are also being stepped up progress.

Condotel buildings belonging the second stage  such as Coco Skyline Resort has been constructed to the 21st floor, has been constructed to the 15th floor.

In May, for the operation of phase 1, the Empire Group has accelerated the recruitment of 2,000 positions with more than 10,000 candidates.

Cocobay has a total investment of more than VND11,000 billion with area of 31 hectares with facilities and works firstly appeared in Vietnam. Upon completion, Cocobay is expected to become the leading entertaining and and tourism complex in Southeast Asia and attracts over 2 million visitors yearly.

Cocobay is unique due to its new direction and ambition to become the world’s leisure destination so it receives a lot of interest from investors.

Empire Group said that all component projects of Cocobay  such as Coco Ocean Resort, Coco Skyline Resort, Boutique Hotel, Garden Bay are well-consumed for a short time after being launched to the market.

A week ago, an additional of 80 units of Wellness Condotel Coco Ocean-Spa Resort announced by Empire Group with  higher price than the first phase has been quickly sold out. This project is known as the first and only wellness condotel complex which owns largest Spa Center in Vietnam, as well as the world’s leading health care and energy  technology regeneration.

This project also has the most attractive profit commitment  in the market, at 12% / year for 8 years.

Following the events of Cocobay is going to come into operation, many projects around this complex are also stepping up operations.  A lot of land adjacent to Cocobay is launched for sale  in Ngu Hanh Son district (Da Nang City) and Dien Ngoc ward (Dien Ban town, Quang Nam province). The land price is of various rate, such as VND 3.7 million/m2, or VND 500-630 million/m2  along Son Tra – Dien Ngoc route.
