To Expeditiously Handle The Dyke Law Violation In Ba Vi District

People’s Committee asked the Ba Vi District People’s Committee to direct inspection immediately, organizing resolutely handle violations of the law on dykes, ensuring compliance with the law.

Recently, the Office of the Hanoi People’s Committee requested the relevant departments, the People’s Committee of Ba Vi district to handle violations of the law on dykes in Ba Vi district.

The official document stated that the People’s Committee of Danang received Document No. 1290 / SNN-ĐĐ dated 6/6/2017 of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development on handling violations of dyke law at K23 + 740 to K23. +850 downstream of Dien Hong dyke belongs to Dong Quang commune, Ba Vi district.

With regard to the above, the City People’s Committee asked the Ba Vi District People’s Committee to immediately inspect and organize the resolute handling of violations of the law on dykes, ensuring compliance with the provisions of law. The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development inspects and urges the implementation of the above directive and reports to the Danang People’s Committee.
