Flocking surfing investment land ground at the Mega City Project

Kim Oanh Real Estate Joint Stock Company recently held a ceremony to introduce Mega City 2 Commercial and Urban Area in Nhon Trach administrative center (Dong Nai province). On the opening day of sale, thousands of people drag on the project to buy land, most are surfing investors.

Mega City has a size of 84ha including 3,100 ground. This project is located between 4 main routes of Nhon Trach including Ton Duc Thang, Nguyen Huu Canh, 319 and 25C. Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa City or Long Thanh International Airport, near Nhon Trach Industrial Complex, Cat Lai International Port, Cai Mep – Thi Vai Port, Nhon Trach International Exhibition and Convention Center and especially Long Thanh International Airport is only 6 minutes away.

Within the project area there are 2.6ha commercial land – service, 2.52ha park, 3.1ha school. This is the second project in the “Mega” product line of Kim Oanh Group with the goal of becoming a nuclear city of Nhon Trach.

Ms. Dang Thi Kim Oanh, General Director of Kim Oanh Group said, since the beginning of the year, land suburbs has become an attractive investment channel. Nhon Trach holds a big advantage when only Ho Chi Minh City only a river, cheap land prices and infrastructure are developing rapidly, connecting the favorable area. That is the reason Mega City fever.

At the launching ceremony, thousands of people focused on this project, mainly wealthy people from the provinces in the country to find investment opportunities. Land is traded between the field, buying and selling to the market. Many investors “hug” the money to buy a buy.

Some people have gathered dozens of ground for sale at the sale open. “There are people who want to buy 20 land lots at once but we can not meet them because they have booked in advance,” said Kim Oanh. At the launching ceremony, all Mega City products are sold well.
