Nam Long Investment Corporation (“NLG”) Flora Fuji received the “Best detached apartment” award at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2017.

Asia Pacific Property Awards is a prestigious award under the International Property Awards to honor the best housing and commercial real estate projects in the world. In order to reach the regional level, enterprises and projects must undergo a rigorous evaluation process by a panel of over 70 leading real estate experts from around the world.

Flora Fuji is a joint venture developed by Nam Long and two Japanese investors Hankyu Realty and Nishi Nippon Railroad. The flora project consists of 800 apartments with 3 sides overlooking Rach Chiec river and is a component of the residential area of Fuji Residence which is 5.38ha with a construction density of only 27%.

Speaking about the award, Mr. Chu Chee Kwang – General Director of Nam Long, emphasized: “It has been a great honor for the two consecutive years to win the prestigious 5 Star International Asia Pacific Property Awards. Nam Long Flora products with more than 1,900 products have been sold in the market. This is also the premise for us to continue to develop 11,000 Flora apartments in the next 3-5 years at Mizuki Park (Binh Chanh district) and Hoang Nam (Binh Tan district)”.
