To free customer from the worry of red book

Currently, for a number of people, it is not unthinkable to spend tens of billions dong to buy garden house, luxury villa, but in many cases, unthinkable thing lies in the red book issuance. This makes even the “the rich” fall into dilemma because of buying a house but not get a certificate of land ownership.
