Accordingly, Vietnam Road Administration proposes to exempt the tickets for group 1 vehicles (under 12 seats, trucks under 2 tons) and buses in the province.

50% discount for vehicles of group 2 (cars of 12-30 seats, trucks of 2-4 tons) of organizations and individuals with household registration in the communes within the 5 km distance around the toll station Tien Cuong, including Quang Trung, Quoc Tuan (An Lao), Dai Thang, Tien Cuong, Tu Cuong, Tien Tien, Quyet Tien, Khoi Nghia (Tien Lang), Giang Bien, Dung Tien.

Hai Phong and Hai Duong province to assist local authorities in coordinating with Vietnam Road Administration, investors and project enterprises in the process of collecting road tolls; discount the right audience, scope and discount rate.

According to the Ministry of Transportation, there are 88 service stations using BOT in the whole country. Among them, the Ministry of Transport managed 74 stations, the provincial People’s Committees managed 14 stations.
