“Golden Land” Of Mrs.Duong Thi Bach Diep Has Changed The Owner?

About 6 years from the date of commencement (29/8/2011), the project of 5-star hotel Senla Boutique, which is located in the heart of Saigon’s original center, was originally invested by Diep Bach Duong Real Estate Co., Ltd. This masterpiece work has changed the owner during the time being constructed.

According to the reporter, Senla Boutique, which is located right at the corner of Hai Ba Trung – Le Thanh Ton, had the name of the investor is Hong Phuc Quang Real Estate and Trading Limited Company for Diep Real Estate Company Limited before.

At this time, after 6 years of construction looking from outside, the project has just finished the rough and cluttered materials and tools to shield this 5-star hotel.

On the occasion of this project, Ms. Duong Thi Bach Diep – Director of Diep Bach Duong Real Estate Co., Ltd said that the hotel will own high-class services and unique architecture, attracting a large number of international residents and businesses.

It is known that this project has an area of 789sm located in the “golden land” of Saigon with a floor area of 7,388sm including 18 floors, including 02 basements, 03 floors, and 12 floors. The hotel is fully equipped with standard services of a 5-star hotel.

However, in the midst of the construction, in March 2016, this project was suddenly offered for sale at a price of 900 billion.

Recently, after a year of selling, Senla Boutique has a new investor – Hong Phuc Quang Real Estate and Trading. However, the parties did not disclose the transfer price of this project.
