In addition, the program also determines the average housing area in urban and rural areas and the minimum housing area. Specifying the land area for construction of dwelling houses for 5 years and annually.

To build the program, the Department of Construction will work with the project management of urban areas: Thu Thiem, South Saigon, North West … and districts to listen to suggestions. It is expected that the program will be approved by the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City later this year.
