In the first half of 2017, real estate market has gained impressive numbers. Especially, the second quarter of 2017 has seen an increase in the supply of villas segment with many high quality products.
According to CBRE’s statistics, there has been positive changes of the real estate market in the second quarter of 2017. In which, the supply of villas, townhouses in Hanoi tends to increase with an impressive number of 37,787 units, up 4.8% quarterly and 15.8% yearly.
Most of the inner districts such as Dong Da, Tu Liem, Ha Dong and Thanh Xuan have recorded prices increasing by 0.8% – 6% compared to previous quarter.
In Ha Dong, many scaled projects are attractive with rapid construction progress, supplementing a large number of supplies to the market in the last months of the year. The observations in the first six months of the year show that the sales pace of these projects is quite positive, even better than in the same period of 2016.
Notably, the villa products in Duong Noi Urban Area of Nam Cuong Group such as An Phu Shop-villa, An Khang Villa … has been sold 90% in the first phase.
