This area is being urgently installed, finishing items to start from the end of 2017, early in 2018 will transfer 8 units to work here.

The agencies to be transferred here include the Departments of Finance, Planning and Investment, Planning and Architecture, Natural Resources and Environment, Science and Technology, Construction, Transport and Planning Institute. built in Hanoi.

The second area is the former headquarters of the Department of Construction (52 Le Dai Hanh, Hai Ba Trung district) with the area of ​​10,000m2. After the Department of Construction relocated to the Vo Chi Cong office complex, the land will be recovered for the next interprovincial investment project. Here, all other departments will be relocated to work in the focus.

Mr. Mai Xuan Vinh affirmed the policy of the City will not have the “hug” the land after relocation or transfer to other offices. All land after relocation departments will be held public auction.

It is estimated that the price of residential land at the current headquarters of eight departments, the city will earn nearly VND2,000 billion; In case of non-agricultural land, non-agricultural land will be worth over VND 1,000 billion.
