Ha Noi: Approved The Detailed Planning Task Of The Social Housing In La Tinh – Dong La

The People’s Committee of Hanoi has just issued Decision No. 6507/QD-UBND approves the detailed planning task of the area of social housing La Tinh – Dong La, 1/500 scale (adjusting the task Detailed Planning Zone Dong La social housing, 1/500 scale), in Dong La commune, Hoai Duc District and Yen Nghia Ward, Ha Dong District, Ha Noi city.

According to the decision, the total area of the planned land area is about 12,1 hectares, The estimated population size is about 5.434 people.

Based on the S4 subdivision planning project, approved at 1/5000 scale, estimated allocation of land fund and basic economic and technical criteria for the project are defined as: Land for construction of social housing (not planning low-rise housing), land for kindergartens, junior high school, high school land, sport greenery, residential areas, trees, public land, parking lots and roads.

According to the decision, the total area of the planned land area is about 12.1 ha; The estimated population is about 5,434 people.

The land use criteria will be proposed in detailed planning, 1/500 scale in accordance with Vietnamese construction standards and current legal regulations. The time limit for completing the project shall not exceed 6 months from the date of signing this decision.

Approval of the detailed planning task of the social housing in La Tinh – Dong La to concretize the urban planning S4, the rate of 1/5000 was approved by the City People’s Committee in Decision No. 4324/QĐ-UBND dated 16/7/2013.
