Ha Noi Built A 12ha Social Housing Area In Hoai Duc And Ha Dong

Ha Noi has just issued Decision No. 6507 / QD-UBND approving the detailed planning task of the social housing in Latin America – Dong La, 1/500 scale (adjusting the detailed planning tasks of communal houses at Dong La Association, 1/500 scale), in Dong La Commune, Hoai Duc District and Yen Nghia Ward, Ha Dong District.

According to the decision, the total area of a planned land area is about 12.1 ha, the estimated population size is about 5,434 people.

Based on the approved S4 urban zoning plan, the estimated land fund allocation and the basic economic and technical criteria for the project shall be determined as follows: Land for construction of social houses (not planning low-rise housing), pre-school land, elementary school, junior high school, high school land, sports greenery, residential areas, trees, public land, parking lots and roads.

According to the decision, the land use criteria will be proposed in the detailed plan of 1/500 scale in accordance with Vietnamese Construction Standards and current legal regulations. The time limit for completing the project shall not exceed 6 months from the date of signing this decision.
