Hai Phat was allowed to transfer 3.6ha of Phu Luong urban area from Trung Viet


People’s Committee of Ha Noi City has recently decided to allow Trung Viet Construction Investment Joint Stock Company to transfer part of Phu Luong new urban area project (Phu La, Phu Luong and Kien Hung urban districts, Ha Dong district, Hanoi) for Hai Phat Investment JSC.

Specifically, the People’s Committee of Hanoi approved the transfer of a part of the project of Phu Luong new urban area including 8 adjacent land lots, LK-30, LK-31, LK-32, LK-33, Land area 12,037sqm and 5 villas, BT-09, BT-10, BT-11, BT-12, BT- 13 land area 23,724sqm.

Total investment capital of the transfer project is VND1,082 billion, of which VND216.4 billion is owner’s equity (20% of the total investment portion of the transfer project); mobilized capital is VND 865.6 billion (accounting for 80% of the total investment portion of the transfer project).

This part of the project has basically completed the technical infrastructure, piles are under construction.

According to the decision of the Hanoi People’s Committee, within 30 days from the date of receiving the decision to transfer part of the project, the transferor (Trung Viet Construction Investment Joint Stock Company) and the transferee Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company must complete the signing of the transfer contract and complete the handover of the project.

In parallel, the Hanoi People’s Committee requested Trung Viet Construction Investment Joint Stock Company prior to completing handover procedures, must provide written notice to all customers and inform on the media before 15 days.

In addition, the Hanoi People’s Committee also requested Trung Viet Construction Investment Joint Stock Company to cooperate with Ha Dong District People’s Committee to complete site clearance, of which 7 households have not received compensation money. Phu Luong new urban area project.

Phu Luong new urban area project has a land area of ​​344,326sqm with a population of 6,400 and a total investment capital of about VND 4,831 billion.

Of which, the equity of investors was VND 725 billion, accounting for 15% of total investment capital (Trung Viet Construction Investment Joint Stock Company 50%, Song Da 2 JSC 10%; construction of Hong Quang 40%). Mobilized capital is VND2,657 billion, accounting for 55% of the total investment; loans of credit institutions VND1,449 billion, accounting for 30% of total investment.

In a previous development, Hai Phat spent VND700 billion to buy back 4.7 hectares of land in Phu Luong new urban area.
