Hai Phat signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with MB Ba Dinh

On May 10 th, Haiphong Investment Joint Stock Company and Capital Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Ba Dinh Branch (MB Ba Dinh) signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement.

Accordingly, MB Ba Dinh will finance Hai Phat Capital to develop the project and provide loans and guarantee to individual customers buying houses at HPC Landmark 105 project (former name is CT2-105 Usilk City).

HPC Landmark 105 is the tallest tower in Ha Dong district, considered as the heart of the Usilk City project. The project consists of two blocks 35 and 50 storeys with 4 floors of commercial center, two basements connected smoothly with other buildings in overall Usilk City (13 buildings, the rest are apartment floors with the area from 76 – 155m2.

It is known that Hai Phat Capital has acquired CT2-105 project from Song Da Thang Long since October 2015. By May 2017, the People’s Committee of Hanoi has officially allowed Hai Phat Capital to receive the project.
