According to the Government Inspectorate, Handi Resco has invested in building and selling houses in the project of Handi Resco urban area when no decision on land allocation and conversion purposes. using land.

This work of Handi Resco has violated the provisions of Land Law and Construction Law.

The Government Inspectorate asked the Hanoi People’s Committee to calculate the land use fees for an area of ​​3,294 sqm of residential land; signed a land lease contract and determined the financial obligations of land lease for an area of ​​2.452sqm parking lot, nursery kindergarten in the project of Urban Resi Handi.

It is known that the Handi Resco urban area was built according to Decision No. 189 / QD-UB dated January 9, 2003 by the People’s Committee of Hanoi. The project is located in the west of the capital in Xuan Dinh and Co Nhue 2 Ward, Tu Liem District.

With a scale of 24.8 hectares, the project includes clusters of high-rise villas, residential areas, kindergartens, schools, commercial centers, flower gardens, parking lots. The infrastructure is reasonably arranged, but the project is easily flooded when heavy rain, affecting the life of residents.

In addition to the violation of the Handi Resco, the Government Inspectorate concluded that some other investors violated land laws and construction.

For example, the housing area at 628 Hoang Hoa Tham, Ba Dinh, Viglacera, Government Inspectorate said the wrong amount in this project is VND12,492 billion because the land use fee of the project is not correct. Position in the land price list.

Or as the housing project in Me Tri, Tu Liem by Hanoi Housing Development and Trading Joint Stock Company (Hanhud) as the investor, the inspector asked the city of Hanoi to withdraw VND 26.5 billion The difference between price and selling price of CT5A 9-storey apartment (VND24.8 billion) is the difference between selling price and construction cost of 25% of garden area (VND 1.7 billion) in lot land CT5 and garden villas BT3, BT4.

Project No-10 of Dich Vong new urban area was also requested by the Government Inspectorate to consider and process by Ha Do Group not the investor but has signed a contract to sell the apartment for 341 customer…

In all, the amount of violations detected through inspection is VND1,562.7 billion.
