Handing Over The Construction Site To Da Phuoc

Binh Chanh urgently cleared the site to construct a road from Highway 50 to Da Phuoc and resolutely settled the compensation, assistance and resettlement.

On October 27, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has asked the People’s Committee of Binh Chanh District to expeditiously complete the project of constructing a road from National Highway 50 to Da Phuoc cemetery to hand over to the Management Board. Waste treatment complexes of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hochiminh City will carry out the construction progress. At the same time, the settlement of compensation, support and resettlement for households in the border of the project is definitely resolved.

The construction of the road from National Highway 50 to Da Phuoc cemetery is funded by HCMC budget. The Waste Management Complex Management Unit is the unit designated as project investor.

Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee requires the investor to develop and implement the project in the fastest, economical and effective way. At the same time, in coordination with the Department of Transportation Ho Chi Minh City based on planning Da Phuoc solid waste treatment complex and Da Phuoc cemetery to determine the scale of investment projects, ensuring circulation of means of transport into this area.

Also on this day (27-10), the HCM City People’s Committee has approved the policy for the Department of Transport to appraise and approve the investment project construction Tan Buu bridge to connect Binh Chanh district with Ben district Long An province. The implementation of this project is still in progress, waiting for the further study of zoning planning and urban construction planning of Binh Chanh district.

Regarding Highway 50, on October 25, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has written a proposal to the Ministry of Transport to report to the Prime Minister to consider and approve the transfer of national highway 50 pass through the city.
