Handing Violations On Land In Hoai Duc District( Ha Noi)

The Government Office has just issued a written statement conveying the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh on handling land violations in Hoai Duc District, Ha Noi.

Considering the report of the Hanoi People’s Committee on the results of the press inspection report on the violations of the law on the issuance of certificates of land use right in Duc Thuong Commune, Hoai Duc District, Ha Noi City. Deputy Prime Minister asked the Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee continue to direct the case for violations of land transfer and certificate of residential land in Duc Thuong commune, Hoai Duc District was investigated, to strictly handle organizations and individuals, including District-level leaders (if detecting violations) according to the provisions of law.

Simultaneously review and direct investigation agency implement Clause 2, Article 11 of the Ordinance on Organization of Criminal Investigations to ensure the objective and lawful investigation of cases; Report the results to the Prime Minister before 1/12/2017.
