Hanoi: 77 Project With 50000 Apartment Have Been Sold In 2017

Specifically, in the fourth quarter of 2016, 19 open-ended projects and 21 open-new projects provided Hanoi with 10,280 units, an increase of 81% compared to Q3 / 2016 and 28% over the same period of 2015. In 2017, 77 projects will enter the market, providing more than 50,000 apartments, mostly Grade B projects coming from Hoang Mai, Thanh Xuan, Tu Liem and Ha Dong districts.
