Hanoi Adjusted The Overall Plan Of New Urban Area Hoang Van Thu

The People’s Committee of Ha Noi city has recently issued Decision No. 5211 / QD-UBND approving the overall plan of Hoang Van Thu new urban area at 1/500 scale inwards: Hoang Van Thu, Thinh Liet, Yen So (Hoang Mai district).

Accordingly, the total area of planned research is about 282.236 sqm, of which: the area of Hoang Van Thu new urban area is about 238.897sqm, area of Den Lu 3 immigrant area and auction of land use rights is about 43.339sqm; Total population is 5.232 people (in which the population of Hoang Van Thu new urban area is 3.416 people).

The adjustment based on the principle of keeping the boundary of Hoang Van Thu new urban area and transportation routes at the regional level up. Inheriting contents of the detailed planning scale of 1/500 of Hoang Van Thu new urban area approved by the City People’s Committee in Decision No. 69/2007 / QD-UBND dated 21/6/2007.

The review, analysis and evaluation of detailed planning have been approved and proposed solutions suitable to the development orientation under the master plan for the construction of the capital, which has been approved by the Prime Minister, the planning blueprint Urban subdivision H2-4 of 1/2000 was approved.

In particular, to adjust the internal road network, functions, land use and economic and technical criteria in accordance with approved detailed planning on the basis to ensure the balance and coupling technical infrastructure, regional social infrastructure, in accordance with Vietnamese construction standards, specialized design standards

In order to implement this decision, the People’s Committee of the city assigned the Department of Planning and Architecture to be in charge of checking and certifying the dossiers and general drawings of the detailed planning of Hoang Van Thu new urban area at 1/500 scale. And regulations on the management of the overall plan detailed planning of new urban Hoang Van Thu, 1/500 scale.

Preside and coordinate with the People’s Committee of Hoang Mai District, Hoang Mai Urban Development Investment Joint Stock Company shall publicly announce the contents of this plan adjustment so that agencies, organizations and people know and implement it.
