Nam Thang Long Urban Architecture Joint Stock Company has just officially commenced the project of high-rise apartment building – commercial center at Startup Tower at 91 Dai Mo, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi.

According to the approved plan and construction permit issued by Department of Construction of Hanoi on August 17, the project has a total area of 3,357.8 m2; The building area is 1,192m2, including 28 floors, 1 attic and 2 basements, and space for garden and green trees. From floors 3 to 27 are the apartment building, from the 28th floor and the attic are penthouses.
The apartments are designed with area ranging from 65 – 90 m2.
It is expected that the project will be completed and handed over in the first quarter of 2019, which will supply additional more than 300 mid-size apartments to the Hanoi apartment market.
