(+84) 898 898 688So after nearly 3 months – since there is information about BIM Group joining hands with AEON Mall Vietnam – AEON Mall shopping center Ha Dong officially has a “birth certificate”.
Specifically, Decision No. 3251 / QD-UBND of Ha Noi approving the detailed plan of Ha Dong International Hospital and Trade Center at the rate of 1/500 the 1/500 Ha Dong International Hospital has recorded the AEON Mall Ha Dong project built on a land plot of 95,370 sqm, construction area of 57,000 sqm, total floor area of 213,750 sqm, honey 60% construction, land use coefficient 2.25 and maximum height 8 floors.
A large shopping center and entertainment center, the main face of AEON Mall Ha Dong project is located south 27m. The height of the base and the tower are determined according to construction density according to QCXDVN01: 2008 / BXD and other relevant regulations.
The project is also prioritized for investment to “meet the basic needs of residents in the region and the city.” This is the basis for AEON Mall Vietnam can fulfill the commitment to start the project right in 2017 and completed in the fourth quarter 2019.
Along with the recognition of Ha Dong AEON Mall project, the decision to adjust the plan also stated the parameters of the Ha Dong International Hospital project.
Specifically, the project Ha Dong International Hospital was built on the land of health, including functional areas: polyclinics, outpatient, active treatment (cell YT1); administration, logistics, training (cell YT2); inpatient treatment and professional skills (cell YT3); rehabilitation and technical infrastructure (YT4 cell) and internal roads.
The total area of the project is 71,124 sqm (42.72%), the construction area is 19,282 sqm, the total floor area is 231,974 sqm, the construction density of 27%, the coefficient of land use 3.3, the height Up to 25 floors and 600 beds.
Ha Dong International Hospital and Trade Center (before the planning adjustment is the Ha Dong International Hospital project) with a total area of 166,494 sqm, located in the planned land plot number 2-3 under planning S4 urban area, Duong Noi ward, Ha Dong district, Hanoi.
The investor of the project is Ha Long Investment Development Corporation (BIM Group). The project was issued by the People’s Committee of Ha Tay province on June 6, 2008.
After Ha Tay merged and Ha Noi, in August 2009, the People’s Committee of Hanoi issued Decision No. 4196 / QD-UBND to withdraw 166,494 m2 of Duong Noi ward for BIM Group to implement the project.
However, this project has been delayed for some time and has been nearly revoked in early 2014. Up to now, the project has not completed the process of compensation and clearance of land by some households in Duong Ward Insiders said that they are not compensated in accordance with the law. This raised concerns that the project would continue to be missed – despite AEON Mall Vietnam jumping in with AEON Mall Ha Dong.
