To implement the direction of the Chairman of the City People’s Committee. There are 9 units fully committed to the requirements of the city and there is still a need to implement the project in the period 2018 – 2022, including: Hanel JSC, Hung Hai Thang Long Investment Construction JSC, General Infrastructure Development and Construction Company (Licogi), Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk), Vietnam Post Corporation, Truong Son Construction Corporation, Agribank. Regarding the development of a project recovery plan and the repayment of deposits for projects that are no longer feasible, the LUR debtor selects the investor who has the need and capability to implement it. stated in Notice 895, representatives of Hanoi Department of Finance said that the plan to recover the project is not difficult. However, the options are only considered when the companies on the list of land allocation respond clearly to the Department of Planning and Investment not to proceed with the project.
