A real estate website is offering a 5,423sq.m hotel project, which was completed at the foundation of Vo Chi Cong Street (Tay Ho District, Hanoi) for VND500 billion (equivalent to VND100 million)/ sqm).
According to the advertisement, the above-mentioned project is the remaining lot on the road of Vo Chi Cong (Phu Thuong ward, Tay Ho district) to Nhat Tan bridge. This land is quite beautiful and has been finished nails to build a 25 storey building.
The advertiser also stressed that “the hotel project has a complete portfolio of planning license of the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City. Hanoi, investment certificate of HCMC People’s Committee. Hanoi, certificate of land use rights, building permit for multi-functional hotel building with 25 floors, full design project works.

Notably, with an area of 5.423sqm, the project was issued VND 500 billion, equivalent to 100 million /sqm
It is also known in the Phu Thuong ward, Tay Ho district, a real estate complex is being deployed by CapitaLand Group.
CapitaLand’s project has a land area of 9,000sqm, 25 floors with 380 apartments, 21,367 sqm of office space and 19,323 sqm of commercial area. The total investment of the project is estimated at $ 217 million.
This project was formerly owned by Hien Duc Tay Ho JSC. In March 2018, CapitaLand spent VND685 billion to buy a 99.46% stake in Hien Duc Tay Ho, thereby taking over the rights to develop the project.
