Hanoi will adjust the planning in Dong Anh district to meet the Vingroup super project

The Prime Minister has assigned the People’s Committee of Ha Noi to adjust the local planning in the areas of Xuan Canh, Mai Lam, Dong Hoi, Dong Anh district to meet the requirements of building the National Exhibition Center and ancillary area owned by Vingroup.

Accordingly, the Prime Minister assigned the Hanoi People’s Committee to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the Ministry of Construction and concerned agencies in, studying the planning of modern urban centers with technical infrastructure systems and communal infrastructure. Synchronized in Dong Anh, Gia Lam, Yen Vien and Long Bien.

The Prime Minister has just commented on the partial adjustment of the master plan for the construction of Hanoi capital to 2030 and vision to 2050.

Particularly in Dong Anh district, the Prime Minister assigned Hanoi to adjust the local planning in the areas of Xuan Canh, Mai Lam, Dong Hoi, Dong Anh district to meet the requirements of building the National Exhibition Center as well as auxiliary areas as per the opinions of the Ministry of Construction and organize the implementation strictly according to the provisions of Clause 6, Section 3.2, Part III.

The National Exhibition Center is located at the intersection of Xuan Canh, Mai Lam and Dong Hoi Commune (Dong Anh District) owned by Vingroup.
