HBC Is The General Contractor Of Cocobay Super Complex

Empire Group has announced to choose Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Corporation (HBC) as the general contractor for Cocobay tourism and entertainment complex (Da Nang). This is the information announced at the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between Empire and HBC.

Cocobay entertainment complex owns the most beautiful “waterfront location” in Danang with its location on Ngu Hanh Son and Co Co river. The complex has an area of 31ha; total investment of the project is about VND 11,000 billion. Once put into operation, Cocobay will be a Las Vegas-inspired tourist and entertainment paradise.

With its design and investment in a wide range of performance and modern facilities, Cocobay is expected to offer hundreds of leisure and travel services to meet the needs of all ages, attracting millions of visitors to entertain, visit and stay yearly. It is expected that the first phase of the project will be operated from 2017.

Cocobay is classified as a super complex project by bringing together a number of world-leading corporations such as Insignia (Dubai), Haptic Design Group (UK), MEP Aurecon Design Group (Australia) EDC Corp (Malaysia), Lumino Lighting Design (Malaysia), Naman Hospitality and Southland Group.
