HBC Wins EPC Contact Worth 2500 Billion VND

Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation (HBC) has been assigned to be EPC general contractor including basic design, architectural design, equipment supply, construction and equipment installation, the M & E system and the completion of Minh Khai – Imperia Sky Garden High-class Commercial – Service – Residential Complex (Hanoi).

This is a project invested by HBI Corporation and developed by M.I.K Group Vietnam. The project has 3 basements and 4 blocks with 28 floors. Progress is expected about 23 months and the total value of this contract is estimated at VND 2,500 billion.

Imperial Garden Sky project by HBC general contractor

It is known that Imperia Sky Garden is the second project HBC in cooperation with HBI and M.I.K Group Vietnam. The previous project, Imperia Garden Hanoi, is under construction and is scheduled to be completed in May 2017.
