HCM Increase Land Compensation Price In Can Gio

Ho Chi Minh City will raise the compensation price of 1.92 – 3.82 times higher than the land price in Khanh Van bridge repair project in Can Gio.

On November 21, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has approved land price adjustment coefficients to calculate compensation, support and assistance levels, job conversion and job search at Khanh Van bridge repair project. Binh Khanh commune, Can Gio District.

Accordingly, the coefficient of land price adjustment at 1 Ha Quang Voc road, the section from Sac Sac to Khanh Van bridge is 3.82. Agricultural land for aquaculture in front of Ha Quang Vuc street, agricultural land for perennial trees in front of Ha Quang Vuc road and agricultural land for planting annual trees in front of this street is 3.34.

The land acquisition to repair the Khanh Van bridge will be compensated higher than the land price list from 1.92 times

Ho Chi Minh City also supports 1.92 times the price of agricultural land of the same type in the land price list for agricultural land perennial tree frontage. 2.25 times the price of agricultural land of the same kind in the land price list for annual agricultural land and agricultural land for aquaculture in front of the road to repair the Khanh Van bridge.

For the level of support for training, job conversion and job search for households and individuals when the State recovers agricultural land from households or individuals directly engaged in agricultural production with the coefficient of 4.

Previously, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City also approved the level of training support, job conversion and job search for households and individuals directly engaged in agricultural production in the project to build a new hospital.

Specifically, HCMC will support 3.3 times the price of agricultural land of the same type in the land price list for households with agricultural land to plant perennial trees in front of the road. Raise the compensation price to 3.75 times the price of agricultural land of the same type in the land price list for households who have perennial agricultural land not on the frontage.

3.87 times the price of agricultural land of the same type in the land price list for households with agricultural land for aquaculture. 4.8 times the price of agricultural land of the same type in the land price list for households with agricultural land for annual tree planting and aquaculture without the front of the street.
