Agricultural land for aquaculture in front of Ha Quang Vuc street, agricultural land for perennial trees in front of Ha Quang Vuc road and agricultural land for planting annual trees in front of this street is 3.34.
Ho Chi Minh City also supports 1.92 times the price of agricultural land of the same type in the land price list for agricultural land perennial tree frontage. 2.25 times the price of agricultural land of the same kind in the land price list for annual agricultural land and agricultural land for aquaculture in front of the road to repair the Khanh Van bridge.

3.87 times the price of agricultural land of the same type in the land price list for households with agricultural land for aquaculture. 4.8 times the price of agricultural land of the same type in the land price list for households with agricultural land for annual tree planting and aquaculture without the front of the street.
