Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Club (HREC) has organized a smart urban seminar and Sao Bac Dau Technology Joint Stock Company discusses the application of 4.0 technology in the management of buildings in HCMC.

At the seminar, Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang, Deputy General Director of Viet Thang Technology Joint Stock Company shared a comprehensive solution for the intelligent building, the main component of intelligent urban.

These solutions incorporate the latest 4.0 technology into building management including IoT integrated fire alarm system, building broadcasting system, intelligent building management system and monitoring management system. AI camera application, intelligent parking system.

At this workshop, HREC and Bac Dau also signed a cooperation agreement on e-commerce real estate transaction. Sao Bac Dau will invest 10 billion VND to build and operate a real estate e-commerce platform, support and facilitate the trading of HREC members, bringing the best solutions in the operation and management of enterprises.

The workshop also shared the planning information of Ho Chi Minh City and orientation to expand products and create business opportunities for HREC members.
