HCMC: A new project likes Thu Thiem New Urban Area

The HCM City People’s Committee has just approved the complex of 16 hectares exhibition center in Thu Thiem New Urban Area, which will have 6-20 storey buildings and a floor area of ​​300,000 square meters.

The Exhibition Center Complex at the functional zone No.1 in Thu Thiem New Urban Area has an area of ​​approximately 159,285 sqm. The list of projects in this complex does not cover the area of ​​the Sai Gon – R3 riverside road within the scope of the completed investment project.

A new project likes Thu Thiem New Urban Area

The Exhibition Center complex is located adjacent to Saigon River, according to architectural plan with lotus petals. The main attraction is the dome of the specially designed Exhibition Center, which is visible from the west bank of the Saigon River, from the existing center or on the Thu Thiem 1 and 2 bridges.

In the future, this project can host and host international political economy events such as APEC, ASEAN Forum and other major events.

In addition to the lotus-shaped building, the Exhibition Center also has a 76,000 square meter green park, roads. The complex will consist of high buildings of 6-20 floors with a floor area of ​​about 300,000sqm.
