For the renovation and upgrading of Sai Gon river channel from Binh Loi railway bridge to Ben Suc port, ward 13, Binh Thanh district, coefficient of adjustment of land price in front of road and one side of No Trang Long road (Nguyen Xi – Binh Loi) is 2,548; The alley located at No Trang Long Road (Nguyen Xai – Binh Loi) is 2,652 and the two front faces of No Trang Long Road (Nguyen Xai – Binh Loi) are 2,295.
