HCMC: Adjust The Function And Planning Criteria Of Vietcomreal

According to the proposal of the Department of Ho Chi Minh Planning and Architecture, the City People’s Committee has approved the adjustment of function and planning criteria of the project located at 4 Thi Sach Street and No. 3 Thai Van Lung Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1 ( the trading name is Vietcomreal Tower).

Accordingly, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has approved the adjustment of function and planning criteria of the project from the hotel – commercial services – office – resettlement apartment to officetel – car park – resettlement apartment, business, and other auxiliary functions.

District 1 People’s Committee needs to review to adjust the population size in the approved planning projects in the area accordingly, ensure not to increase the permanent population of the district; It is suggested that the relocation of people in the areas need to embellish in new housing development projects in the district.

Vietcomreal Tower is a project of Vietcomreal Real Estate Trading Joint Stock Company (Vietcomreal), located in front of No. 4 Thi Sach Street, stretching back to the front of Thai Van Lung Street.

It is known that the project is located on the road specializing in trading hotels, restaurants with an area of over 2,000sqm. Legally, the land has expired until March 2058.

The land has been licensed to build trade centers and offices. The structure includes 3 basements, 20 floors, and technical floor. The 1st – 2nd floors are a commercial center, the 3rd – 20th floors are the office for rent. The total of floor area is 27,000sqm.
