Plots of land in Binh Chanh District will be adjusted to land use purposes to suit the actual situation.

HCMC People’s Committee has approved the proposed adjustment of Binh Chanh district Planning Department of Architecture. Accordingly, the areas are specifically adjusted to be part of plot 96, map No. 5 under the planning scheme of residential areas in North Binh Chanh commune is adjusted from residential land to land for environmental works.

Lot 25 of the planning project of Tan Quy Tay residential area is adjusted from the land to the urban land. Plot II7 of the plan of residential area North of Binh Chanh commune is adjusted from residential land newly built into residential land.

Lot X6 belongs to the plan of the residential area of Vinh Loc A commune, which is adjusted from green public land to renovated urban land.

Lot III – 27 belonging to Tan Tuc urban center and residential area were adjusted from hospital land into the residential low-rise residential area.
