HCMC: Approved land price adjustment coefficient of 3 projects

City People’s Committee HCM has just approved land price adjustment coefficient to calculate compensation, support 3 projects in the city.

Accordingly, at the tunnel construction project at An Suong traffic junction, Hoc Mon district, the land price adjustment coefficient in Highway 22 (from An Suong bridge to Trung Chanh intersection) ranged from 6,262 to 6,799 depending on the location. National Highway 1A is 7,481 and agricultural land is 13,312.

For the level of support for training, job conversion and job search for households and individuals when the State recovers agricultural land from households and individuals directly engaged in agricultural production, the adjustment coefficient is 3.5.
