HCM City People’s Committee has just approved the auction of land use rights and construction works on land for apartments R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 in the area of 38.4 ha in Binh Khanh Ward, District 2.
Total The apartment is sold at auction is 3790 units. Average price per apartment is about VND2.37 billion. Thus, HCMC will collect about VND9,000 billion from this auction.
City People’s Committee HCM assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to coordinate the functional agencies to guide the Land Development Center of Ho Chi Minh City performing auction procedures in accordance with the law. Based on the plan approved by HCMC People’s Committee, Ho Chi Minh City Land Development Center will sign a contract with HCM Auction Center to conduct the auction.
The Binh Khanh resettlement site is located on Mai Chi Tho Boulevard, the route from the eastern gateway to the city center through Thu Thiem tunnel. Projects under the program served 12,500 apartments for resettlement of Thu Thiem New Urban Area.
The project was invested to resettle in place for households in 5 wards of this urban center. The resettlement area of Binh Khanh is divided into 3 zones. First, the area of 30.2ha Binh Khanh has 4,216 apartments. The second is the 38.4ha Binh Khanh area has 6,220 apartments. The third is the 17.3 ha An Phu-Binh Khanh area of 1,844.
