The inspection team is responsible for checking and clarifying the people’s complaints related to this project.

In the reflect, people mentioned the signs of violation such as the investor has not paid compensation and clearance is still granted planning permission; financial capacity of the investor; public land in the project has disappeared, transfer project causing damage to the state; The project has not been qualified but has been sold to the market.

Duc Long Golden Land is located at Tan Thuan 2 Bridge, Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. With the land area of ​​11,623.4sqm, the project includes 27 storeys, 2 basements, providing more than 885 apartments. The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2018.
