Investors pledged to pay all the land clearance fees and entrusted the city to compensate for the North-South backbone road project with Hiep Phuoc Urban Area. At the same time, this unit also committed to deposit VND 5,000 to 10,000 billion when being selected as a project investor. In return, the city will pay with land fund of 1,300 hectares in Hiep Phuoc Urban Area (Nha Be District).
This is a component project, located in the planning of North-South backbone road starting from Highway 22 (An Suong, District 12) to Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park is one of two radial axis of Ho Chi Minh City. In particular, the section from Nguyen Van Linh to Ba Chiem Bridge is the main axis in the “Transport Planning of Ho Chi Minh City to 2020 with a vision after 2020” approved by the Government.
The joint venture was assigned to study the proposal of Tan Thuan Industrial Development Company Limited (IPC), Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Real Estate Corporation, Tuan Loc Construction Joint Stock Company and An Phu Joint Stock Company.
