HCMC: Two More Residential Areas In Thu Duc District

Residential areas Binh Quoi and Tam Binh 2 will be renovated and embellished in the direction of avoiding causing disturbance to the lives of people.

On October 21, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City approved the zoning plan for a 1/2000 scale residential area of Binh Quoi Ferry Terminal, Linh Dong Ward, Truong Tho District, Thu Duc District.

Accordingly, this residential area will prioritize the layout of high-rise buildings along main roads such as Ring Road 2, Pham Van Dong Street, Kha Van Can. To make full use of available land funds to allocate the area of green parks and sports playgrounds to units in combination with an exploitation of landscapes along existing rivers and canals. Design of river and canal traffic routes connecting to the whole area.

Two new residential areas will be embellished in the direction of less disturbance to people’s lives

In existing stable residential areas, renovations will be made in the direction of avoiding major disturbance to people’s lives.
