Hiep KhanhTea Joint Stock Co (Hiteaco) has withdrawn registration documents for listing securities on HNX although the Company previously registered to list 5,577,300 shares, equivalent to the charter capital of nearly 56 billion.

The reason is that the company found that the current time is not suitable and expected to be listed in the coming time when the approval of a majority of shareholders.

Hiteaco currently owns a factory with a capacity of 2,000 tons of finished tea a year. The company is doing business with many high-quality tea ingredients in Son La, Lai Chau and Yen Bai provinces. more than 1,000 hectares are being harvested and nearly 1,000 hectares are planted.

In 2015, the company plans to double its revenue with 65 billion dongs and profit after tax of 7.5 billion dongs, expected the dividend of 10 percent.
