Ho Chi Minh: Approved Some Detailed Planning Projects

The People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has approved a zoning planning scheme of 1/2000 scale of some residential areas and detailed construction plan of 1/500 scale of some projects in the area.

 Specifically, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has approved the zoning planning scheme of 1/2000 scale (detailed master plan detail scale 1/2000) residential area Cau Kho Ward, District 1, a 1/2000 zoning plan for residential area of Tan Dinh Ward, District 1 (content of land use planning – architecture – traffic) and a zoning plan of 1/2000 residential area Co Giang Ward and part of Cau Ong Lanh Ward, District 1 (content of land use planning – architecture – traffic).

The residential area of Cau Kho Ward, District 1 with a total planning area of 34,2hectares, the planning scheme of 1/2000 scale zoning priority development high-rise in the area adjacent to the large road (Vo Van Kiet, Tran Hung Dao),the areas to encourage the improvement, gradually reducing the height toward the road with the smaller road and closer to the banks of rivers and canals.

The residential area of Tan Dinh Ward, District 1 has a total area of 61,02hectares, a zoning plan of 1/2000 scale priority for high-rise development in the area adjacent to the main road (Vo Thi Sau, Dinh Tien Hoang), within the 500m radius of the metro station, the areas to encourage improvement and embellishment, gradually reducing the height toward the smaller roadway axes and closer to the banks of rivers and canals; To keep the low floor area in villa architectural areas such as Dang Dung, Dang Tat, Tran Quy Khoach, Tran Khanh Du…

Cau Kho Ward, District 1

For the residential area of Co Giang Ward and part of Cau Ong Lanh Ward, District 1, the zoning plan is 1/2000, with a total area of 46,15hectares, giving priority to high-rise development in the area adjacent to the main road (Vo Van Kiet, Tran Hung Dao).The areas to encourage the improvement and embellishment, gradually reducing the height toward the road with the smaller road and closer to the banks of rivers canals.

In addition, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City also approves the detailed construction plan of scale 1/500 scale slaughter plant, Binh My commune, Cu Chi District, approve detailed construction planning 1/500 scale at the new ICD hub in Long Binh Ward, District 9 and approved the local adjustment of the detailed planning 1/500 scale residential area combined commercial and office services, area 7955,5sqm in Thao Dien Ward, District 2.
