Security issues in this area are also open-ended. At the moment the reporter was present, there was no security guard. Strangers go out or go in no one asked.

“I’m afraid this project is deserted. It’s so wasteful. More worrying, this prolonged absence will be the base for the thieves, addicts, wandering people,” said a resident of the mansion who sighed.
