Ho Chi Minh City Adjusted The Master Plan In Binh Thanh District


Many land plots in Binh Thanh District have been adjusted in accordance with the current status and useful purpose.

The HCM City People’s Committee has approved some planning projects in Binh Thanh district as proposed by the Department of Planning and Architecture. Specifically, Lot 6, Lot 17 under planning scheme of Ward 24 residential area is adjusted from education land, religion to residential land.

Lot H belongs to the inter-ward residential planning projects 1, 2, 3 and 14 adjusted from health land to existing residential land. Plots (3-1) belonging to interregional residential plannings 1, 2, 3 and 14 shall be adjusted from existing residential land to urban plannings.

Adjusting the planning of Binh Thanh district

Many land lots in Binh Thanh have been adjusted for use

Lot 23 under the planning scheme of inter-ward residential areas 1, 2, 3, 14 is adjusted from public land to high-rise residential land. Lot 3 – 7 of the planning scheme of inter-ward residential areas 1, 2, 3, 14 is adjusted from residential land to garage.

Part of plots 11-27 belonging to interregional residential planning projects 5, 6, 7, 11 is adjusted from existing residential land to religious land. Batches (I-20), (II-9), (II-10), (II-11) and block (II) belonging to the project of planning Sai Gon – Can Tho – internal planning between the zones.

Lot (I-7) belonging to Ward 17 residential planning project was adjusted from the land of Gia Dinh High School to land of Dien Bien Secondary School. The plots (I-24, 26, 28), (I-23, 19) belonging to the residential planning scheme of ward 17 were canceled within the planning area.

In addition, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City also agreed with the proposal of the Department of Planning Architecture will adjust the planning of some projects, but details will be calculated when reviewing the planning.
