Specifically, according to the proposal of the Department of Planning and Architecture, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has approved the addition of office functions with officials (officetel) in high-rise apartment building combining trade services Room at 79 / 5B Nguyen Xi, Ward 26, Binh Thanh District.

The project of high-rise apartment building combining trade in services at 79 / 5B Nguyen Xuyen was approved by the investment policy in 2015, as the state-owned construction and investment company Binh Trieu. Land allocation, land lease with a collection of land use fees.
Land area is about 154,273 sqm; to the north-east by Nguyen Xi road, 30m wide; in the Southeast, it borders on the planned land area for kindergartens and public works; The land borders with the West and the North West border the Lang River.
In addition, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City also approved for investment in a series of new projects such as:
Multiple projects at Block H6-3, Zone A, new urban area, developed by Phu My Hung Development Co., Ltd.

Complex Commercial – Service and Apartment complex at 28/9 Tran Trong Cung street, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, invested by Phuong Thien Corporation.
The representative office, Hau Giang province guest house and trade-service apartment complex in Thanh My Loi ward, district 2, invested by Hau Giang Investment and Construction JSC.
K96 Residential Area at 718 Kinh Duong Vuong, Ward 13, District 6 invested by Housing and Urban Development Corporation of Ministry of Defense.
The project “D ‘Edge Thao Dien” project is located on Nguyen Van Huong street, Thao Dien Ward, District 2, invested by Capitaland Thanh Nien.
D ‘Edge Thao Dien is located in the prime location of Thao Dien Ward, District 2 center with the advantage of both transport connections and environmental landscapes. The D ‘Edge Thao Dien project is designed by CapitaLand, a prestigious corporation that designs a residential area of modern, luxury but harmonious with nature by arranging the landscape, exploiting the green and small landscape to over 60% of the area.

Project on construction of technical infrastructure of the whole area and construction of the first phase of the complex of residential complexes in plots 2-14 (MU4); 2-16 and 17 (MU7); 2-15a (MU5); 2-15b (MU6); 2-21 (MU11) belongs to the Thu Thiem Observation Tower Complex project invested by the Imperial City Joint Venture Company.

Previously, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has also approved the investment in a number of housing projects in the city, of which mainly projects in the East of Saigon, as follows:
- Tan Da – Ham Tu commercial office complex at Ward 10, District 5;
- The project of low-rise building (Zone III) in residential area south of Mai Chi Tho street in Thu Thiem new urban area, An Loi Dong Ward, District 2;
- Thu Thiem apartment building in East Tang Long urban area, Truong Thanh Ward, District 9;
- The project of high-rises apartment complex combining commercial office services under the Saigon river complex residential project – phase 3 at 92 Nguyen Huu Canh, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District.
- Lancaster Eden villa project in Lot E6 in An Phu – An Khanh urban area, An Phu Ward, District 2;
- Apartment and Office Building at 11D Thi Sach, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1 has also been approved by the People’s Committee of HCMC.
