Ho Chi Minh City Approves Of Investing In Complex In District 2


The high-rise residential and commercial office complex is located in An Phu Ward with a total area of 8,732 sqm, with a population of 1,333, invested by Dien Phuc Thanh Company.

The HCM City People’s Committee has just signed a decision on approving the investment in a high-rise apartment building, a combined office for trade and services, and an office in An Phu Ward, District 2.

Accordingly, this project has the northeastern residential land. In the North West, it borders on Mai Chi Tho Street, Ho Chi Minh City-Long Thanh – Dau Giay expressway and the An Phu intersection. The projected D5 and residential land borders the Southeast. In the southwest, it borders on canals and residential land.

The project is invested by Dien Phuc Thanh Construction and Trading Company. The area of this complex is 8,732 sqm. Land use structure includes 3,362 square meters, accounting for 38.5%. Land of trees and grass carpet are 1,732 sqm, accounting for 19.8%. Land traffic and yard are 3,637 sqm accounting for 41.7%.

The estimated population is 1,333 people. In that function at 1,150 people, the office function has a staff of 183 people. The maximum land use coefficient is 7, which includes the function of about 5, the commercial office function of about 0.5, the office function with the resident staff of about 1.5.

The building is built up to 31 floors.The total number of apartments is 422 units. The project is directly connected with Mai Chi Tho street, 120 m wide.

Regarding the technical infrastructure works, the investor has the responsibility to contact the District 2 People’s Committee and the specialized agencies to agree on connection and guidance on the implementation of works and technical infrastructure system for traffic, electricity, water supply and drainage, trees, public lighting, fire prevention and fighting, environmental sanitation, communication … in accordance with the approved plan.

District 2’s People’s Committee was assigned to update the project in the land use planning of district 2 and submitted it for approval. At the same time, update and manage the population size, architectural planning in the regional planning project. HCMC People’s Committee also requested the Department of Construction to coordinate with the Department of Planning and Architecture, Research Institute for Development of Ho Chi Minh City to update the project information into the list of projects of the urban development area expected to set up.
