Ho Chi Minh City Approves Two Real Estate Projects


The real estate companies The Pier and Truong Tho will invest 2 projects in District 4, Thu Duc with a total area of 32.4 hectares.

On November 1, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City approved The Pier’s Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company to invest in projects in K5 and K6 with the total area of 2.4 ha at No. 1 Hoang Dieu Street and No. 117A, Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, District 4. At the same time, designing and designing urban planning 1/500 in K5 and K6 areas.

People’s Committee in District 4 has been instructed by the investor to carry out relocation assistance in the same manner as Ngoc Vien Dong Company in K5 and K6 areas.

Also on November 1, HCM City People’s Committee has assigned Department of Planning and Architecture guide Truong Tho Real Estate Development Investment Joint Stock Company to develop urban planning 1/500 for 30 ha urban campus Feeling.

Expanding the scope of the project from Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company to Thu Duc Steel Joint Stock Company, People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City assigned Department of Natural Resources and Environment to coordinate with Thu Duc District People’s Committee to legal review of the area 30 ha of Truong Tho urban area. HCMC Department of Transportation is also requested to propose the connection of this project to the master plan of the Metro Line.

Thus, Thu Duc has added a new residential area. At present, Thu Duc District 2 and 9 have become the center of HCM City in developing real estate.
